This guide will show you how to download any call recordings from your PBX (provided this has been enabled on your PBX).
Call reporting is accessed via the PBX configuration page. Look for the “Reporting” option as shown:
Click on reporting.
After loading the Reporting page, select the Call Recordings tab and select the PBX from the drop down menu.
Select the year in question.
Select the month in question.
Select the day in question.
On the next screen (if you have call recordings enabled), you will see a list of calls for that day.
They will look something like:
The number at the beginning in this example refers to
Year/Month/Day Hours:Minutes:Seconds (2016/05/01 13:16:13)
Once you have identified the file required, click the Download button on the right to download the required recording.
