The following guide will outline the steps required to enable and setup Emergency Routing of Calls when all your phones are down.
Log Into MyECN Portal using supplied credentials.
If you are a new user, to register, please contact your account manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to be added as a portal user. Please note that only portal administrators are enable to configure emergency routing.
Click on My Services
- Click On Your Pbx ID under Voice section e.g pbx_ecntraining
- Click On “Call Routing”
- Click on “View/Edit” your External Phone Number
Tick “Enable Emergency Routing” and Select Emergency Extensions the system should monitor. Enter Emergency Activity Type and Emergency Activity then click save
Click “Apply PBX Changes”
