The following guide outlines the steps required to configure your PBX Extension on your Android device.
Download and install Bria Softphone Client from the Google Play Store.
On the first run you will be prompted to configure an account, if you have already setup and account, select Accounts from the settings menu.
Select ‘Add Account’
When you are prompted to choose an account type, select SIP – Making Calls.
Enter the following information:
Account Name: Your Name
Display As: Your Name
Username: Your extension number (IE: 324)
Password: Password for that extension (This can be found under the extension in the ECN Portal , my.ecn.net.au )
Domain: This will be then name of your PBX followed by ‘.mycloudpbx.com.au‘ (IE: mycompany.mycloudpbx.com.au)
Once you have entered in the information, press the back button in the top left hand corner of the screen to save
Click on the Grey circle to enable the account.
Once you have enabled the account, it will light up green
Your account is now configured
