The following guide outlines the steps required to configure a PBX extension on your iPhone.

Download and install “Bria iPhone Edition – VoiP Softphone SIP Client” from the app store.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Launch Bria

On the first run you may be prompted to configure an account, if you have already setup an account, select ‘settings‘ from the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Select ‘Accounts

Click the plus sign in the top right hand corner of the screen

When you are prompted to choose an account type, select ‘VoiP (SIP) – Calling

Enter the following information

Account Name: Your Name

Display As: Your Name

Username: Your extension number (IE: 506)

Password: Password for that extension (This can be found under the extension in the ECN Portal , my.ecn.net.au )

Domain: This will be then name of your PBX followed by ‘.mycloudpbx.com.au‘ (IE: mycompany.mycloudpbx.com.au)

Click the ‘Enabled‘ button

If you have entered everything in correctly, you will see ‘Account Status – Registered‘ at the top of the screen
