The following guide will outline the steps required to enable Valet Parking on the Hosted PBX.



First step is to log in to the ECN Portal

To do this navigate to and click on the link ‘myECN Portal’.



On the following screen log in with your username and password.

Next click on my services


Locate the Voice tab and select your PBX from the list.

On the following screen, click on the icon for Valet Parking


Click on ‘Add Valet Park’



Give the Valet Park a name (This can be anything relevant).

The Status should be enabled.

The ‘Send to Number‘ is the number you would use to transfer to the first available park slot.


Hit Save and you are done!
