Included in the MyECN Portal Release on the 25th of June, will be the introduction of Extension Level Billing Reports.

1. These reports can be only be completed by logging into ECN Dashboard 2.0. For assistance with logging into ECN Dashboard 2.0, please view this article.

2. Once you have logged into Dashboard 2.0, to access the Extension Level Billing, select ‘Extension Report’ from the left hand menu, under ‘Reports’

3. Once the page loads, you will be able to see the Extension report page. Here is where you need to select the extensions on your Hosted PBX that you wish to create a billing report for.

You can select multiple extensions (or all extensions) to run the extension level billing report for.

Date and time for this report can be customised for your specific date range.

Using this report, you can set your own pricing for each call type-

  • Local Calls
  • National Calls
  • Mobile Calls
  • International Calls
  • Other Calls (Mostly 1300, 13, 1800)

This billing can be set to bill in 1 second, 30 second or 1 minute intervals.
