To successfully follow this guide you will require a computer with Internet access, a username & password for the ECN Portal and a Hosted PBX with ECN.
If you do not already have this, then contact ECN on (07) 3105 1300 or email@example.com
Navigate to ‘https://my.ecn.net.au‘, enter your username and password and click ‘login‘
Note: If you have forgotten your password and need to recover it, click ‘Having trouble signing in‘. New users can click the ‘Register‘ button on the right hand side.
Once you have logged in, select your PBX from the ‘Voice‘ section.
Accessing your recorded calls from the Web Interface
Click on ‘Reporting‘
Click on ‘Call Recordings‘
On this tab, you can drill down into the year, month, day etc to find the recordings you require by clicking the ‘Open‘ button.
You can then either listen to them via the portal, or download them to your hard drive as needed.
Accessing your recorded calls via FTP
You can access your recoded calls via FTP / FTPS for batch downloading.
Hover over the ‘Addons‘ tab, then click ‘Call Recordings‘
Step 2 - Set / Change FTP Password
Before you can download your Call Recordings, you will need to know your FTP password.
If you do not already know your password, simply type a new one in and click ‘Save‘. – Passwords should be minimum 12 Chars, and have a minimum of one Upper, one Lower, and one Symbol. (Remeber this protects your call recordings!)
Once you hit save, the changes will take affect 5 minutes after saving the change.
Step 3 - Use your favorite FTP client to download your recordings
You can now use your favorite FTP client to download your Call Recordings.
Server URL: ftp.mycloudpbx.com.au
Username: Your FTP username as shown above
Password: Your FTP password as set by you above.
