MyCloudPBX Softphone – Installation (iPhone/iPad)

Prerequisites:

To successfully follow this guide you will require an iPhone/iPad, access to the App Store, and your myCloudPBX Softphone account details.
If you do not already have a myCloudPBX Softphone account, contact ECN on (07) 3105 1300 or sales@ecn.net.au

Installation, step 1

Step 1

Search 'myCloudPBX' in the app store and download the app.

Step 2

Locate the app on your home screen and then open it.
You will be greeted this screen while the app loads for the first time.

permission to use the microphone?

Step 3

Click 'OK' to allow the app access too your microphone.

Note: This is required or the app will not work.

Step 4

Click 'OK' to enable Siri Integration with the myCloudPBX app.

Note: This is not required for the app to work, however it will allow additional functionality. Enable at your choosing.

Step 5

Click 'OK' to enable the app to send you notifications.

Note: This is for missed calls, etc.

Login Details

Step 6

Enter in the following information:

Username: Your username as provided by ECN.
Password: Your password as provided by ECN.

Make sure 'Keep Password' and 'Auto Login' are selected as shown.

Click 'Login'

You are now complete.
