MyCloudPBX Softphone – Windows – Installation

Prerequisites:

To successfully follow this guide you will require a computer running Windows with a suitable speaker/headset and microphone, you will also need to have your administrator activate the MyCloudpbx Softphone for you and the email you will have received with your login details. If you are missing any of these, please contact your system administrator.

Step 1

Using your preferred web browser, navigate to http://mycloudpbx.com.au/ and click on the button ‘Get it from Microsoft’

Step 2

Run the downloaded setup file to begin the installation of the MyCloudPBX Softphone application

Select your language

Step 3

Select your language

Step 4

Follow the prompts through the next couple of screens to agree to the terms and conditions, choose your storage location, and finally begin the install process

Step 5

 Double click the myCloudPBX Softphone icon on your desktop or find the app in the start menu

Step 6

At the logon page enter the following information:

                Username: Your username (as provided by ECN)

                Password: Your password (as provided by ECN)

Note: Ensure that ‘Remember sign in information’ and ‘Sign in automatically’ are selected

Step 7

You are now logged in
