MyCloudPBX Softphone – Windows – On Call Options

Prerequisites:

To successfully follow this guide you will require a computer running Windows with a suitable speaker/headset and microphone, you will also need to have your administrator activate the MyCloudpbx Softphone for you and the email you will have received with your login details. If you are missing any of these, please contact your system administrator.

Once a call is connected, there are some options available using the buttons under number of the person you are calling:

  • You can mute your microphone by clicking the ‘microphone’ button
  • You can place the call on hold by clicking the ‘hold’ button
  • You can transfer a call by clicking the ‘transfer’ button
  • You can begin sending video by clicking the ‘video’ button
  • You can choose to begin a conference call by clicking the ‘more options’ button
  • You can hang-up the call by clicking the ‘hang-up’ button
  • You can also use the keypad to enter numbers while on the call
