MyCloudPBX Softphone – Windows – Viewing your Call History

Prerequisites:

To successfully follow this guide you will require a computer running Windows with a suitable speaker/headset and microphone, you will also need to have your administrator activate the MyCloudpbx Softphone for you and the email you will have received with your login details. If you are missing any of these, please contact your system administrator.

If you do not already have this, then contact ECN on (07) 3105 1300 or sales@ecn.net.au

Step 1

Press the call history button near the bottom of the window

Step 2

From the call history screen you can use the search bar to find specific calls, filter by missed calls or even detach the call history to create a separate window

Step 3

Use the detach button again to reattach the history window
