What platforms does the MyCloudPBX Softphone work on?

We are proud to advise that the MyCloudPBX Softphone is available for all of the major operating systems including iPhone, Android, OSX and Windows.

Q2.

I have installed the MyCloubPBX Softphone for iPhone.

If I don’t use the iPhone app for a while, then call the extension, the desk phone rings but not the iPhone app.  If the call rings out, the iPhone app immediately pops up a message that I have a missed call, and a number appears in the top right of the app indicating an increased number of missed calls.

The issue is that the iPhone app does not always ring on an incoming call.  Is there a fix for this?

This is the work of Apples battery management for iPhone. Our development team are currently working on ways to work around this issue.
