To successfully follow this guide you will require a computer running Windows with a suitable speaker/headset and microphone, you will also need to have your administrator activate the MyCloudpbx Softphone for you and the email you will have received with your login details. If you are missing any of these, please contact your system administrator.

While in a call you wish to transfer, first click the transfer button, once you do this, the person on the other side will be place on hold.
In the text box that appears, type the number you wish to transfer to with your keyboard or the on-screen dial pad.
From here there are two options, blind transfer or attended transfer:
- Blind: To make a blind transfer click the button ‘transfer now’ and it will call the number you dialled and when they pick up they will be talking to the person you had before initiating the transfer.
- Attended: Click the drop down arrow and choose ‘call first’ it will then dial the number and you will be able to speak with the person you are transferring to before making the transfer.
If you were making a blind transfer the transfer is now complete.
If you were making an attended transfer, you can press transfer now when you are ready to push the original call over to them.
Your attended transfer is now complete
